Order Processing & Cancellations
Order processing is the period between when you place your order on our website and when it is packed and shipped. This timeframe can vary depending on the product, especially for pre-orders or custom-made items.
Please be aware that order processing times may be delayed during holidays, new product launches, restocks, and promotions. We appreciate your understanding regarding these potential delays.
Once an order is placed, there is a very limited window to make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing help@europerformancecenter.com.
Certain cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Euro Performance Center does not guarantee that we will be able to modify your order before it is processed for fulfillment. If your order is already in process and you wish to cancel it, you will need to wait until it arrives and then initiate a return request for a potential refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, you have 30 days from the delivery confirmation date to do so.
To request a return, you must email us at help@europerformancecenter.com . If more than 20 days have passed since your item was marked as delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We enforce this policy strictly and thank you for your understanding.
Orders shipped outside of North America are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in the original packaging. Please inspect your items upon receipt. If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, Euro Performance Center will not issue any form of refund.
Items Ineligible for Return/Exchange Include:
- Custom made-to-order products (e.g., steering wheels, custom-painted trim)
- Damaged or used products
- Wheels
- Wheel spacers
- Tires
- Batteries
- Suspension components
- Gift cards
- Tunes
- Clearance items
- Clutches
- Turbos
- Headlights/Tail Lights
- Bumpers/Hoods
- Pre-ordered items made to your specifications
Partial refunds may be offered in some cases and could be issued as store credit.
Restocking Fees
All returned items are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. There are some instances where Euro Performance Center may waive the restocking fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Restocking Fee Structure:
- 25% on performance products and electronics
- 20% on all other eligible products
If your return request is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs, unless the item received was not what was ordered. If Euro Performance Center sent you the incorrect item, we will provide a return shipping label and waive the restocking fee.
Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Please use our Return Request Form to begin your return process. You will be informed if your return is ineligible. If approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that you have 10 days after receiving refund approval to postmark your return item to our office, or the refund will become void.
Warranty
Not all items come with a warranty. Items that include a warranty will clearly state so in the product description. Most warranties cover manufacturing defects for one year. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with warranty claims. If eligible, we will repair or replace the item. Only one claim is allowed per year for each product. Euro Performance Center is not responsible for any damage caused during product installation.
International Orders
If your shipping address is outside the United States, your shipment may incur customs or duty fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. If you refuse delivery due to these fees, Euro Performance Center will not refund your order. We are not responsible for customs or duty fees. Orders outside North America are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Backordered Products
If your order is backordered, we will notify you. To cancel a backordered item, please email help@europerformancecenter.com for consideration.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Euro Performance Center is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is confirmed delivered but not received, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We provide tracking information once packages are shipped. Please retrieve your package promptly. It is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim with the mail carrier, and we cannot refund or resend lost or stolen items.
